Due to new laws, all incoming packages into EU/UK are subject to VAT and processing fees at customs.
We do not charge or collect any VAT fees, so please keep that in mind.

Q. Where do you ship to?

Q. What currency is your shop in?

  • Prices are in AUD (Australian dollars). Please use a currency converter to see how much it is in your local currency.

Q. How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Most orders will be dispatched 7-10 business days after an order is placed.

  • Domestic Shipping (Within Australia)

    • Standard Shipping (No tracking) - 3 to 10 business days

    • Tracked Shipping - 2 to 5 business days

  • International Shipping (Worldwide)

    • Standard Shipping (No tracking) - May take up to 3 to 10 weeks

    • Tracked Shipping - May take up to 10 to 20 business days

Q. Does my order come with tracking?

  • Tracking does not automatically come with your order. If you wish to have tracking please select the option during checkout.

Q. Where can I track my package?

  • If you’ve received a tracking number with your order, you can visit the Auspost website to track where your package is.

Q. ​How much is postage?

  • To find out costs; just place the items you're after into the shopping cart and checkout. You'll be able to see how much total shipping is before paying.

Q. I haven't received my order yet.

  • Please don't hesitate to send us an email if:

    • For domestic orders within Australia: If it has been more than 2-3 weeks since your order has been shipped.

    • For international orders outside Australia: If it has been more than 10 weeks since your order has been shipped.

Q. How do you ship your prints / books?

  • We pack prints and books with sturdy backing and flat boxes so that they will not be damaged during shipping.

  • Large prints also are packed flat with sturdy cardboard instead of rolled in a tube.

Q. Why is this small item so expensive to send (international)?

  • Due to the new changes of the postal system, international mail with “merchandise” cannot be sent as a regular letter anymore. Meaning that all packages will have to now be tracked shipping (unless you’re ordering stickers, postcards or anything “flat” then they can still be sent by the cheapest way.) Domestic shipping is not affected.

 

Returns & refunds

Q. Returns and exchange policy?

  • Strictly no returns or exchanges are allowed.

Q. My order came damaged / I received the wrong item!

  • Please contact us as soon as possible! We will do our best to fix any problems.

Q. I made a mistake on my order! 

  • Please send us an email within 48 hours! We will do our best to fix any issues, as long as we haven't shipped out the order. However once it has been shipped out, we won’t be able to do anything as it’s out of our hands. Please make sure everything is correct (items, mailing address, etc.) before checking out!

Q. Do you accept wholesale orders?

  • We do! Please send us an email inquiry or contact us on instagram.

Q. There is an art print I want but it isn’t on your shop. Can I request a custom print? Can I request a larger size?

  • It can be arranged, please send us an email inquiry.

Q. Can I recycle the packaging/envelope of my order?

  • Yes! All cardboard mailers and paper envelopes can be recycled in your recycling bin.

  • For bubble mailers & plastic packaging sleeves : You can recycle them at REDcycle drop off boxes at your local Woolworths/Coles! (Australia only, I am unsure how it works outside of Australia so please check online for more information.)

Q. Can I use your art for wallpapers/etc. ?

  • Yes! Feel free to use my art for any personal uses such as icons, avatars, phone & desktop wallpapers, etc.

Q. Are commissions open? Can I commission you?

  • Personal commissions are currently closed. For commercial inquires you can send me an email!
